After many years in the lawn care industry, Pat co-founded Greenblade One. Pat brings his expertise in lawn care along with strengths in communication and collaboration to the company. Pat is head of operations in Lower Mid-Michigan and ensures quality service is provided to our Greenblade One Customers.

Richard Dekker
Operations Lead, Addison

Richard joined Greenblade One in 2007, as a Lawn Specialist. He has worked his way up through our employee owned company into a management position through many years of hard work, dedication, and determination. Richard is an example of our exceptional team of technicians, and is an asset to our Greenblade One family.

Glenn Iveson

After 15 years as a commercial pilot, Glenn joined his brother Bob, and Pat in founding Greenblade One. Based out of Middleville, he leads the West Michigan location with the same service-minded core values. Over the years after attending many classes and workshops, he has become knowledgeable in lawn care and serves as a mentor for his team.

Jerry Pell
Operations Lead, Grand Rapids

Jerry joined Greenblade One in 2009 as the West Michigan service location was growing rapidly. He brings his experience in residential landscaping and construction to the team. As a previous business owner, Jerry understands the value of instilling good customer service and attention to detail to all our technicians.
